This year AccessComputing isÌýparticipating in theÌý.Ìý TheÌýShowcase, which runs from May 13-20 highlights work being done by federally-funded programs to transformÌýSTEMÌýeducation.ÌýAccessComputing's video looks atÌý.ÌýPeople with disabilities are underrepresented in the STEM workforce.Ìý One way to improve this is for computer science educators to include more information about people with disabilities and access technologies in their courses. Ìý We call this "teaching accessibility."
