AccessERC and ERC-INCLUDES Case Studies

A student is connected to a computer with wires.

Students from groups traditionally underrepresented in STEM bring unique perspectives to engineering research centers (ERCs). By making an ERC welcoming and accessible, more students with diverse characteristics will bring their knowledge and experiences to the engineering field. Below are examples of students who have not only succeeded, but thrived at an ERC. Many of the case studies include suggestions for faculty and staff.
