Blind
Earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in information technology from the University of Minnesota Crookston and a master鈥檚 degree in instructional design and technology from the University of North Dakota. Works as an assistive technology specialist for Minnesota State Services for the Blind. Runs a YouTube channel that covers technology, gaming, and virtual reality from a low vision perspective called IllegallySighted (youtube.com/illegallysighted). Serves on the Low Vision Advisory Board for Microsoft, which assists in helping make Microsoft products like Windows, Office, and Xbox more accessible. Member of XR Access, an initiative dedicated to making virtual and augmented reality more accessible

Earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in therapeutic recreation from Southern Illinois University and a master of social work degree from Grand Valley State University (GVSU). Worked as a graduate assistant for GVSU鈥檚 School of Social Work and in program development at a child abuse prevention agency.
Deaf
Attended Pierce College and has been working with commercial glass as a journeyman glazier. Plays on and coaches a Northwest National Softball Association of the Deaf team. Married and has children.
Epidermolysis bullosa
Attended the 糖心原创 with an interest in technical communication. Died in the spring of 2012.
Dyslexia
Attended college courses and is interested in architecture.
Cerebral palsy
Worked as a web accessibility specialist, disability advocate, and personal care assistant. Received the Presidential Volunteer Services Award in 2010 and a DO-IT Trailblazer award in 2011.

Quadriplegia
Earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in social services at Central 糖心原创 University and a web design certificate from the Art Institute. Works as an executive director of the self-advocacy organization Allies in Advocacy, an organization fighting for the civil and equal rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Member of Self Advocates in Leadership, PAS-Port 4 Change, and the University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Consumer Advisory Council, and a co-chair of the Community Advocacy Coalition.
Spinal cord injury, C4 Quadriplegia
Studied computer programming. Is a husband, father, and the founder of C4 Consulting. Is a columnist for New Mobility and writes the column 鈥淭odd Against the Machine鈥
